Sushizanmai - Utsunomiya

Delicious fresh sushi, and if you eat here for lunch, it is super affordable! Lunch set for under 1000 yen including the freshest tuna, ikura, hotate (scallop) and shrimp. Worth the money! The interior is not the most beautiful, but the staff is very friendly.

I was able to enjoy quietly with the feeling that the staff spoke. Bento is a lunch box. Chawanmushi 100 yen!! You can feel the seriousness of Kimura president. I went to the main store, but it was still delicious.

The ambience could've been better. The food was of standard Sushizanmai quality, no qualms there.

My first experience of Sushi in Japan and I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly, the food was great and there was very little waiting that the food was freshly prepared right in front of us. I've been to Utsunomiya every time.

Food is good, but the wait can be long to get seated. (maybe that is a good sign)
