Made a reservation 2 days ago, then we received a call 15 minutes before the reservation with 'annoying news ' that the reservation cannot go ahead due to an event. Explained that we had traveled for an hour and had incurred travel expenses, but that was a shame for us. Mistakes can be made, but the fact that cancellations are made fifteen minutes before the reservation with so little empathy is really disappointing. Service: Dine in

The food was tasty, not a lot of variety but fine for what it is! We didn't like the sauces on the snack platter. We found the staff very friendly and worthy of 5 stars. Unfortunately it is not really child-friendly and the toilets were extremely dirty. You can't wash your hands properly either. The pita is tiny and lukewarm, the faux-meat is dry as bone, and the waiter is confused and brings you the correct order only on his third try. There's no excuse, the traffic was very low.
