The birthday volcano dessert was delicious; they truly know how to celebrate every occasion!

The biggest issue we faced was the service. The waitress never came to check if everything was satisfactory, and it really wasn't—some of the food we ordered was missing. If the waitress isn't the one bringing the food, she should at least make a point to check in afterward to ensure everything is okay. One of our entrees arrived after two of us had already finished our meals, and it was clear that it could have been served much earlier since it didn't require cooking. By the time we received it, the salad had gone cold. As for the food itself, it was decent, but I certainly didn't expect to find gristle in a filet.

The food was absolutely delicious. It would be even better if the lighting were a bit brighter. The server was lovely, and the birthday event was quite enjoyable.

Our waiter, tony, was amazing. we liked our eating, but it was better in other black rock restaurants. we give them a second chance.

Crab legs were cold. My 37.00 steak wasn’t cooking on the black rock. Waitress checked on us at the beginning was not aware it wasn’t cooking at that time. Never came back and I had to use someone else’s rock at the table. My steak was like rubber at that point. The rice that I ordered with it was hard. So I didn’t eat that. When I told the waitress she blow it off so I asked to speak to a manager and the manager said that they were just too busy. I’m not really sure why your restaurants are so busy when most everyone who comes in your door cook their own food. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again. It’s not the first time I’ve had bad service. I do have to say your coconut shrimp was amazing. Thank you for that.
