Ihop - Utah

Food was great. Low number of customers. Wait staff was not on the ball. I used to do that work. No excuse for the terrible service when the place wasn't busy.

It was alright, I guess. Waited for 5 minutes for someone to come up and sit us. The server messed up the order, had to wait for another 15 min to get the right one. Same with refills, had to wait to ask for a drink. Food was alright, but I wouldn't say it was something out of the ordinary. Sorry

Worst IHop I have ever been to!!! We ran out of drinks and the waitress said is there anything you need? Well drinks, This didn’t happen on one occasion it happened twice in one meal. The food wasn’t made like it is made in other IHop locations. We came for dinner because we wanted breakfast and it took 5 mins to attend to us when no one was waiting and they were in the back talking.

Did a pickup order this morning and once I got home, I was missing an omelette. I did not have time this morning to go back and correct the issue. Can I get a refund for the missing item?

They where busy tonight yet they where super respectful and kind. And IHOP has GF pancakes and waffles.
