Cold coffee, no sugar in the raw, no indoor tables. Not sure what is going on.

This location has gone downhill over the years. This used to be my favorite spot since it was next to my office. Walking in today I have to say will be my last time. The staff weren’t rude but not friendly either. The quality of food for what I paid for was absolutely terrible. Almost turned around to have them remake it. Bagels barely toasted and, cheese wasn’t even close to being melted and the eggs weren’t done. Not sure how hard it is to make bagels or they simply don’t care. Definitely a sh … – show

This staff is miserable. All collectively rude. I had the most simple order of a toasted bagel with cream cheese and they messed that up. Then after screaming my name, I walked up to collect it and although I was standing with my arm up, the employee decided to half set it on the table then dropped it on the floor. First off the staff was friendly and accompany this review has nothing to do with them as I paid and tipped them out. It has to do with the small bagel size and lack of cream cheese. It was super small portioned and over priced for the final product. Coming from NYC where you can get a large bagel and over whelming amount of cream cheese filling for $2.50 flat, at $4.30 this was not worth the stop by any means. 2 stars for the service only.
