Anthera - Utah

I’ve eaten at the restaurant and have ordered take out and everything has been excellent! The salmon tacos and gluten free Cajun Pasta are amazing! The take out is packaged very well and stays surprisingly warm. The portion sizes are very good and filling.

Wonderful fast service, starts with sala and chips. Knowledgeable wait staff who allowed/suggested substitutes to our tricky diet. Pleasant dining experience, and we recommend it.

Waited to be sat and no one showed…grabbed our menu and just sat ourselves. We saw other people there so we're knew it was open but no staff were visible. Finally someone came to get our drink order and the table next to us asked for menus lol soooo they were there before us and hadn't even had any service. Took another 10 mins waiting on drinks so we just left. Super sad because the menu looked great.

Deserve better rating than being just hotel restaurant. Generous portion and good service

We stayed at the Cliffrose and enjoyed eating at Anthera two of the three nights we were in Springdale. The food and cocktails were very good, but the location, ambiance and live music made both evenings very memorable. Tip — they also offer a hikers lunch for $15 that includes a variety of wrap options. They even made a gluten-free wrap for my wife. The lunch includes a drink, a small bag cooler and a small ice pack.
