We visit this place quite often, and as always, the quality is outstanding! The service is excellent.

The food is delicious, and it has a cozy atmosphere, perfect for the whole family. It's a great place to celebrate children's parties and is conveniently located in the city center.

The service quality is simply at an all-time low. At first, no one came to invite us to a table. After waiting for 10 minutes, we were finally invited to sit down, but the waitstaff ignored us and didn’t approach to take our order! After waiting another 15 minutes, we got up and left, and not a single person acknowledged this. If your servers are blind, there should be a floor manager to oversee things. I don’t wish your cafe any success or prosperity.

I was here for the last time about seven years ago and now I came again last week. What can I say. The institution became tense somehow. From the very first minute at the entrance, we were warned that we would wait an hour for an order (although after ten minutes they brought cocktails, and after twenty salads, pizza, then gradually brought everything else . Well, that is, why scare the worst, if the expectation is the same as everywhere else, and generally normal? To turn away more customers? Then they brought the menu and began to come up every minute, and each time we answered that we were not ready to place an order yet, that we ourselves would call. And so it happened five times. So why bother so much? After all, I came to relax, I want to calmly study the menu, to understand what I want to try more now. And you pull faster, faster , especially since we were with three children, and with them, well, it’s not possible to concentrate quickly well, this crowd of waiters constantly watching us from behind the counter is a little annoying, honestly yes, the service is at its best, just have time to take the last piece from the plate, as your plate is already cleared from the table, but because of this you didn’t manage to relax you know guys, you should put call buttons on the tables, and leave the guests in rest, mind your own business. And if the guest needs something, he will press the button Well, the stock menu is missing. For example, on Monday, a discount on beer, on Tuesday, the second pizza as a gift, on Wednesday, a discount on rolls. I was looking for such a discount on the menu, it was a pity that I didn’t find it, they are almost everywhere in pizzerias, but here it’s a bummer. You see, I would go to you more often, and not once every seven years the food, as always, is beyond praise. The chef tries hard and puts his soul into it.
