Celebrated the 90th birthday of Aunt Mina. Local to recommend for everything

Saturday evening, reservation made in October for a dinner of confirmation 10 days ago warn me that in the room there will be as a guest delirio and to my perplexity because among my guests I had 2 newborns of two months propose to make dinner on the veranda, making sure that the same would be heated and that I would not have had any problem. we reach the room at 20:15 and we find to heat the great veranda definitely I ask the waiter present to welcome us if it was possible to add another mushroom but the answer was that as soon as we had filled the room there would be warmer....moral of the fairy tale we had supper with the coat and scarf. At the time of leaving we noticed that the dinner had been served according to the agreements made but that we had suffered the cold and that at our request to put no remedy had provided or worried. the owner intervened at a fee made in the middle of the room full of people claimed to return the money without wanting to listen to our remonstrations or so much less apologize for the happened but instead treating us as pezzenti and people without value. we served on several occasions of this local, matrimony, baptism and communion, to become compleanni ordering always from them and always went all well, Of course I will no longer recommend to any of my acquaintances this place nor for catering or for dinners or lunches, the maleducation of the manager in this context was really shameful.Our intention was not to pay but only to celebrate an important occasion. we went away without a minimum of excuses from anyone and with so sadness for a day started in cheerful and ended with so much bitterness and anger.

Great place, cozy apartment but especially great eating, kind and helpful staff.... we will be back sure!

We arrive at the premises at 20:15 and we find to warm the large veranda a fungus lit by very little because there was really cold. I ask the waiter present to welcome us if it was possible to add another fungus but the answer was that as soon as we had filled the room there would be warmer....moral of the fairy tale we had supper with the coat and scarf. At the time of leaving we noticed that the dinner had been served according to the agreements made but that we had suffered the cold and that at our request to put no remedy had provided or worried. the owner paid in the middle of the room full of people claimed to pay us back the money without wanting to listen to our regrets at least to apologize for the incident but instead to treat us from pieces and people without value. we have served on several occasions of this local, matrimony,baptism and communion,different birthdays always ordering everything from them and always went well, on this occasion we instead thought to have dinner at the table to celebrate with serenity and tranquility trusting us as always of their experience and professionalism.
