Schlosscafe Keth - Usingen

Last year my man and I went too late to midday. even though they served lunchtime, they still had a few pots. we had a pot and brot. it was absolutely delicious. my mother comes from useen, and if we were young, if we were to visit her mother, we would always visit cafe keth for some forest master ice cream. good memories here!

The good ones will remain the bad ones!? That's all bullshit! Café Keth has been there for over 70 years, as far as I know, and I always like to go.

On the whole there are quite delicious cakes and also breakfast, which, measured on quality, has a high price. They sit relatively comfortably in the simply furnished café. In principle, there is nothing that makes this café special, except the location. In Useen, it is fast with good cafes and unfortunately you need to take what is on site. In summer, ice is also offered, but in terms of San Marco this has a significantly lower quality. I wouldn't recommend San Marco myself, because the store is gray, but that's not the point. The only distinguishing feature of Café Keth regarding other cafes is, unfortunately, that the services are either overwhelmed (where often not so much is going on or unfriendly, sometimes incapable. Well, we still go very rarely and with regularly larger distances and are still amazed that there is still the store (sorry! . For the last time, 1 hour before the store closed, because the service specialist who again did not shine with kindness and competence wanted to go earlier. Her friends were already in the vault and she was looking out of the store as soon as possible (as I said, 1h before the regular closing. Why I gave almost 20% tip, I still have a secret to this day. My wife has forgiven me now;

Unfortunately directly on the main road. the service was good and friendly. the cake very delicious. the egg selection huge. modern toilets that were very clean.

The location is perfect. close to the park, with parking. but does not taste very good. it's okay, and it's always full of the terrace is beautiful. also there is not much choice in usingen. but it is not so special.
