Contribuiți la feedbackThe location is not comfortable as it was about 6-7 blocks steeply up from the city. the service of the 2 waitresses was good, so they could get anything for this review at all. now eat that. the food was so subdued. it's easy... not have deep taste. you should not only put foam and flower leaves on a plate and charge an exorbitant price for them without the food tasting well. the tasting menu is $135 usd per person (22,000 pesos) and is thus a torn, they aim definitiw on tourist that they can fool and tear. the a la carte menu. the crab starter was crab meat in the middle of the plate and some flower leaves. where is the creativity? we had the au natural crab in another restaurant for the same price and it was very high. day and night. the psychic had something foam up and was $53 usd (8900 pesos) and was nothing special. they can get the exact same quality fish, actually better quality and larger part, in the city for less than $20! last month, someone the same dish for $42 usd (7100 pesos) so after the time they go, who knows how much they increase the price. will not even go there with dessert. once again, underwhelming. they will also be a cubierto table charge and for water for any bottle they refill from their hahn. the mood was greedy, regardless of the cost I would still not eat here because the intention is already there for the first time. it must be creatiw and tastes good at these price points. the food was missing love and soul and tasted tired. the restaurant sat only 3 tables all night wonder why. the chief smoked at dinner. this place was strange at every level. I would not recommend this restaurant. Instead, they support the many other restaurants in the city that offers quality and passion with their food.
This place came highly recommended, so my travel companion and I asked our hotel to help us get a reservation. we all ordered the tasting menu, and I ordered the wine pairing to add. every meal, tasting or not, apparently comes with a small cup. the welcome soup that was honest the star of the show for all of us. really excellent. but the whole tasting menu was well balanced, and the sea bass was excellent. the lion-toothed butter that came with our brot was also a winner. the wee was all well paired, they surprisingly a red wine with the seabass, but it worked. the experience was very expensive. for three tasting menus plus a wine pair menu it was over $400 US dollars plus drinking money. I would recommend it only people who enjoy creative menus and are comfortable paying with a high price. we could have paid less if we had eaten from their a la carte menu, but the experience might not have been so good.
It's okay, but it's definatly much too expensive for what it is. I had sashimi, which was in the ground wild salmon slice with soy sauce, and then the smoked meat was only two small pieces meat without soaking and a few small cuts. raw vegetables as a supplement. really not enough in a lot and not enough up on eating. I do not recommend this restaurant. only a good point were the waiters nice and efficient.
During our 3 nights in ushuaia, we have prioritized a reservation due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. However, we have finished our meal and feel frustrated and confused as everything, as the high expectations were not fulfilled. the good: we started with the...Amuse bouche, the suppe, which was delicious. we also ordered the ceviche (special of the night) which was awarded with a creative presentation. the bad: after the order the waitress shaved over the salmonashimi. we ordered it at the recommended. however, while it was light and freshly tasting, it had no real taste at all. we said the waitress who was just a bit along the lines of oh, sorry, I know that was my recommendation. we ordered the bark dish, cooked to the cook recommended (medium rare.) when it arrived at our table, it was somewhat raw, chewing and fat. the taste was beautiful, but we found ourselves spending more time cutting and chewing it as enjoying. we sent him back to be cooked a little further, which helped a little. but not a great court. after all we had the lamb tortellini. this dish also missed the brand. the taste was overwhelmed by the top placed sprouts, and we could hardly taste the lamb. it was light and airy, but also everyone lacked real taste. to sow our experience even more, there was another customer dining place and she coughed and coughed while eating for our entire meal. it was clear that all in the restaurant were distracted by her. between the bland sashimi and the chewing bark we felt that the waiting staff was ready with us. we decided not to stay dessert, and finally paid the bill and left. overall we paid much less for equal or better meal times in buenos aires, so while it was not complete blooming, its definitiw not worth the hype. also his appreciation that someone had a picture of the menu before two weeks (from beginning november) and the prices today when we dinned, they were almost 50% higher. recommend that you skip.
