Contribuiți la feedbackOn juli 2009 I spent a month after salto, near uscio. during my morning walks I passed several times before a sign that said: "il mulino di gio, but what I saw was just a long ramp down the stairs. one night I wanted to know where the restaurant was. flew down the picturesque wood and stone stairs and found the place. it is tiny, but cozy. they can serve around 24 people. I met the chef ida. I met the only waitress and manager cinzia, fast and efficient and very friendly. and then eat that. No cake to describe the taglierini al sugo di ragu." a taste that reminded of the kitchen of my mother. ida makes everything from ground and that makes her kitchen so special. I propose to my fellow citizens to find time and experience this real food. the menu is fixed, a selection of starters, a selection of 2 or 3 pastas, 2 escapes, desserts, mineral water and coffee. the price is 20.00 euro and it is good value. if you want to experience real Ligurian cuisine with know-how and love cooked, il mulino di gio' is the place you need to go.
