Pizza Wasi - Urubamba

I love this place. Your pizza is delicious! I've been coming to Urubamba for years and Pizza Wasi never fails. I wonder why the assessment is not higher!

Wasi pizza is located in one of the main streets in Urubamba, the place is cozy and quiet, and they have a large selection of dishes beside pizza, from burgers to sandwiches, pasta and lasagnas, the lasagna is great as its served in a clay...pot, with alot of cheese and right form the wood oven, hot as hell. give it a try!

4 of us went to this restaurant for dinner. The pizzas were made in front of you and then placed in a native oven built from mud at one end of the restaurant which also helps to keep it warm on the cold Winter nights...in Urubamba. The selection of toppings was very good and the prices mostv reasonable. Highly recommended if you want pizzas.

Our mountain biking guide lives in Urubamba and this was his top restaurant recommendation. He recommended the Wasi location on the main square he thinks the pizza oven is better than the one at this address. (Strangely, neither Google nor Trip Advisor seem aware...of the Pizza Wasi on the main square, but it really does exist). Cheap and cheerful extremely limited wine selection offset by willingness to do halfsie pizza toppings for sharing. Great value.
