Contribuiți la feedbackAs part of my visit, I acted as a mystery shopper to evaluate the details of customer service and dining. The first thing that struck me was the pricing. I was looking for quick bites since I had limited time, and while browsing the glass cabinets for options, I scanned the poster boards for the menu. After some hesitation, I decided to check out because there were people waiting behind me. I noticed a sandwich and a coffee displayed together and assumed it might be a combo deal, but to my surprise, it wasn’t. I ordered a cheesy toastie and a medium white coffee, which came to a total of $20.50. I glanced at the register and saw the 'luxury cheesy' advertised at $15.00. I thought, “It must be something special at this price, so I would give it a try.” While I waited in line, I noticed some older customers behind me; I couldn't help but wonder how they could afford these prices, or if they offered a pensioner discount. When my toastie finally arrived, I wasn't impressed by its appearance or taste. The bread was just regular supermarket loaves, with some sliced cheese and a red sauce that tasted like a cheap tomato paste. By the time I finished my toastie, my coffee had just arrived—only to spill over the saucer and onto my table. I expected an apology or at least an offer to clean it up, but nothing of the sort happened. Instead, I had to ask the staff member for napkins to clean up the mess, which could have easily stained my clothes. Overall, it was far from the experience I was hoping for.
The service was excellent, and the coffee was served at the perfect temperature, making it easy to enjoy. However, we were somewhat disappointed to find that we had to pay extra for lactose-free milk.
The owner displayed a very rude and unpleasant attitude toward customers, demonstrating a lack of basic social skills and a narrow-minded approach. We have heard many negative comments from others about the owner's personality at this café.
I'd like to have something to eat with our coffee. no prices on every food in the display cabinet. When I asked for a menu, I was told that I could ask at the ordering at the theke. it would take too long to get individual prices on any item. Missing my money. I want to know what it costs before I order.
