Taco John's - Urbandale

I didn?t think it was possible to take so long in a drive thru line as the one I?m currently waiting in at this Jimmy John?s. From not acknowledging that my car had pulled up for the first 2 minutes of me sitting there, to ?not being able to hear? our order, and then a double digit minute wait (and counting) before even getting to the window after placing the order. Absolutely pathetic service, just appalling all around.

Waited more than 1 hour for a single sandwich. Gave a tip. Called and was told it wasn't going to be much longer and still waited 30 more minutes for it. Very unsatisfied. As well as when I go to the drive thru. Not very friendly and very rude

Horrible service. I ordered online an hour ago, and still have not received my food. I checked the website 25 minutes ago and it said my food was to be delivered in 5 minutes. I called and all they said was that they do 10 orders at a time.

Long wait on the drive through. Asked for 4 blts on French bread. They asked me if I wanted to substitute for 4 wheat breads because that was the last 4 French breads and maybe other people wanted French bread I declined due to ordering for others and not just me. Got to the window and nothing was said to me they just took my card for payment. Left and I was only given 3 blts on French bread and I was missing 1 sub. Tried to speak to someone about this issue and didn?t get anywhere. Probably won?t visit this location again

I?m tired of this location. I have online ordered, they?ve taken my money and called me 20 minutes later to say ?I don?t have a driver?. This happens way too many times, 4 out of the last 7 times. Freaky fast delivery is non existent here.
