Jimmy John's - Urbana

I used to think this restaurant was great when I first visited one of their original locations outside of Charleston, on Green Street in Champaign. However, every time I go now, I am disappointed. The sandwiches are slow and lacking in flavor. The quality has noticeably declined, and it seems the franchises are not up to par with the standards they used to have. I wonder what happened.

The majority of negative reviews mentioned issues with the delivery service, but I personally have never experienced any problems as I always dine in at the restaurant. The sandwiches are consistently tasty and the service is quick and welcoming.

I decided to come to this restaurant because the Jimmy John's next door to Cafe Paradiso gave me the wrong sandwich. The staff here were incredibly friendly and understanding. I didn't ask for a replacement sandwich, just needed some ingredients to make the sandwich resemble what I originally ordered. Thank you for being so accommodating, it was greatly appreciated.

While I went through the drivethru, I noticed a delivery girl that was parked in the Handicap parking next to the door. I said she didn't look disabled and shouldn't be parked there. she laughed and went back in. if she had preferred 5 feet, the Handicap room would have been open. very rude! I decided to eat and pulled out. I will not spend money on places that others do not respect! this load is still the worse jj in the city, including champaign. wheelchair accessibility: the supplier was parked in the handicap spot when I said something, she just laughed. I'm gone, I'm not going to do business with a place that doesn't honor all customers. that's one of the best in town, the worse, I won't be back!

I love jimmy johns but going to this one was kind of a mistake. When I ate my sandwhich, i started coughing super lightly but super fast. When I went to catch a breathe, i threw up. I know it’s not my stomach because thats the only thing I ate all day. The only reason why im rating 3 stars is because i will try again and if im fine i’ll change to a 5 star
