Intermezzo Cafe At Krannert Center

We had a function in the Great Hall that was fantastic. What a gem for such a small city. We have gone to concerts in the Krannert Center and the acoustics are more than acceptable.

The play was wonderful, the kids was so cute We really enjoy... staff members was very polite and helpful

We purchased 5 tickets in the second row BEFORE I broke my ankle and had to have surgery...so I am non weight bearing. You either have to navigate the stairs or are forced to sit in a tiny section at the TOP of the main seating area (a looooooong way from the stage). They have stairs down the middle of the auditorium and also stairs on both sides of the seating areas. The stairs on the sides need to be converted to wheelchair ramps. I ended up going down the stairs and then back up them on my rear end, which was neither convenient, comfortable nor dignified. If there had been an emergency, I would never have been able to make it out of the building in a timely manner. We saw the Nutcracker Production which I would rate a 5...but when I combine it with a 1 for the lack of accessibility, then it comes to a 3. Seriously, this is 2019...WAY past time for a wheelchair ramp!!!

Krannert is one of the premiere performance environments in the country. It is a gem of this area. The acoustics in the great hall are phenomenal.

Fantastic food, great prices/ better value compared to other campus fare, it supports Krannert. Love it!
