Simply Irresistible - Urangan

The hamburgers are delicious and the patties are made on the premises and there is nothing better than an old fashioned tasty burger. The coffee is also great.

First off, the server was extremely rude when we placed our order, and had no signage to let us know there would be an eftpos surcharge. Then one half of the food we ordered had no salt, and the other half was so salty it was inedible, so we returned it to the kitchen, to be told rudely that we were lucky they would remake a piece of fish. The second piece of fish came out still raw in the middle and was inedible also. As such, we returned that to the kitchen also and left. As a local, will not be returning ever. Terrible service, no service recovery, and there is a much better place 2 doors up.

Rude, obnoxious woman. Food was drowned in salt, soaked in oil. When we took food back we were abused.

Lady behind counter was friendly, but a bit curt. The chips were nice and the potato scallops were real potato! !!!! The eating area is under cover.

After deciding to try the Fish & Chips here, we actually felt quite unwelcome. The lady (cook or manager) seemed quite upset and chastised her staff loudly and openly in front of customers. The young girls working there seemed to scurry about almost fearfully and every action was hurried. The food was OK but we felt like we were interrupting them. The manner of this shop seemed to be similar to many shops in the area where, as tourists, they'd nearly assume we wouldn't be back anyway.Food OK for a fair price, service was marginal, attitude was hostile.
