El Puerto Brazilian BBQ - Urangan

This was a great restaurant. Firstly, make sure you book in advance, especially if it is school holidays. Anyway, once you go in and get seated, there is one flat price which you pay and after that, the food just keeps on coming. Although everything comes in small portions, there are so many different kinds of food. It will only really hit you just how full you are about an hour after you leave the restaurant. It was a great experience and is well worth the money.

We waited over 40 minutes to get our first drink. The maitre d apologised several times but still no food, service or drinks for 45 minutes. No explanation given we finally gave up and walked out. Will never go back, still shaking our heads as to how they could continually apologise and still do nothing.

This place offers a nice change to the usual, great menu options and good service. well recommended to families and couples.

We had our work christmas function at el puerto at the recommendation of others who had been there previously - we were impressed with the service staff, their friendliness and knowledge . Being a christmas party, the drinkers never had to wait long for a suitable cold drink and the rest of us were well catered for also. Let me just say, the food is amazing

It was my families first visit to this restaurant and we were suitably impressed. The food was sensational and the staff were friendly. We had children in our party who were treated very well by the staff. Our only complaint was the bar was understaffed and we not only waited a long time for our drinks but one cocktail was sent to another table and had to be remade. They only came passed our table once to ask if we wanted any more drinks and we were there for several hours.
