Dirty cutlery, slow delivery of food, missed our order, used to love, no longer service: dine in meal type: dinner price per person: $60–80

On the 14th dec. in papparich, we have dined for a celebrity dinner. all our commands came without problems except w02 nasi lemak with vegetarian mutton curry. when it came, it was only the rice, mock meat curry and 3 slices gurke. it was also very badly presented. we realized that there were missing objects; the fried eddies, sambal and a half cooked egg these were explicitly listed in the menu. we have pointed this problem to the server that was very apologetic and the plate returned. from where we sat, we could see and hear what happened between the server and the chef. the server came back with the same plate with mixed nuts and anchovy. but there should not be anchovy to supplement the court, and there was still the missing half of an ice and sambals. again we highlighted the problem to the server and she looked surprised again. the server went back to the chef and showed him the menu. the chef seemed to ask the menu/server/what we highlighted as a problem. we finally have what we ordered as described in the menu. Until then, however, our eating experience has already been affected and that was after feeding cold.

Overpriced. Difficult. Not a relaxed atmosphere. The ordering system is confusing at first and requires you to write your order on a piece of paper then have the staff put it through. The food looks nothing like the menu photos. The squid meal is from a can. They couldn’t even bother to garnish it. Taste is average, but bad when considering the price of some meals. The customer service is a 2/10. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. Staff made us wait 50 minutes for our order. Went in at 9, left hungry at 10. Please feel some shame. Would you like to see the payment invoice? Service: Dine in
