Wawa - UPPER MARLBORO

Service is HORRIBLE! Been here 3 times out of convenience to sports fields but won’t return, especially after getting SICK from getting a sandwich there. Usually wawa is pretty decent but this one is just GROSS. Store offers curbside service but won’t actually bring out food. Don’t expect your order to be correct or ready on time. My orders have been 30 minutes delayed and just sitting on the counter. Employees are not helpful. I’ve gone in to see where my curbside order is and saw food just sitting behind counter getting cold while rude, careless employees stand around talking and doing nothing. The food is also NEVER READY on time, even when they aren’t busy, food takes forever! Don’t bother complaining as wawa customer service doesn’t care. You’re better off going elsewhere. Definitely the worst wawa I’ve experienced.

Three times I've ordered sandwiches on the Wawa app with 30-90 minutes notice. Each time the sandwiches were not ready at the expected time and were up to 30 minutes delayed. Every time I go into this store to get coffee there is nothing as in NOTHING all the urns were empty at 7:30am 5am, 6am, 6:30am, 7am 7:30am always nothing fresh Sorry WAWA I'm going to start going to Dunkin
