Taco Bell - UPPER MARLBORO

I can't believe that the terrible experience I had at the 7622 s osborne, ober marlboro, md taco bell. the personal has completely messed up my order. no single article was correct. they asked me to move forward to clear the drive and instead of repairing my author, they chose to take care of 10 more customers and waste more of my time. then came to the door that met another customer who came after my order, and informed me that they had not started mine. I immediately asked for a refund and they spent another 10 minutes trying to reimburse my cash order because they decided to take off the blue **** I didn't even order because they were out of cherry. they even laughed, as I noticed, that they did not provide my entire refund back. I will never go back to this load and the experience has mine on taco bell as a company tarned. I will recommend others not to load this also go. just keep the load off and find another place to eat. 1 star is too generous for this taco bell.

I have come to the realization that I have never received my order 100% accurately. there is always something missing or not made after the order. it's at the point now that I have to check every product every time - before I leave. worse is that my order never changes. Ugh-It is worth almost the drive to dunkirk or bowie.

I came here all the time, never had any problems. Today I waited for 20 minutes to eat for the 10 minutes mark was told to me that it was coming “just now,” then I ask again 8 minutes later to say that it was done now, I told him that they said that 10 minutes ago and then he says “who said that “it comes now as stupid, I don’t know its name but he was a short Spanish one. he did not say that he apologizes for the inconvenience or anything!! for the luck was the man who gave me my food, nice enough to give me a free drink. and he actually had customer service skills in contrast to the man who took my order and lay over the waiting period. that is completely ridiculous and he was unprofessional

He didn’t say he apologized for the inconvenience or anything !!!!! Luckily the man who gave me my food was nice enough to give me a free drink . And he actually had customer service skills unlike the man who took my order and kept lying about the wait time . This is completely ridiculous and he was unprofessional

Every time I visit this establishment it is always 100% perfect. The food is always hot and fresh, the customer service is always top shelf. Its always clean, from the front doors all the way to the restrooms. Please keep it up Taco Bell, establishments like this are hard to find in this day and age.
