Domino's Pizza - UPPER MARLBORO

On Tuesday 10/13/20 I was in this store, I was told that it would take 20 minutes for my pizza, but I had to wait 45 minutes just to find out how the man who fought the orders had to ask where my order was. A lady tried to cover up her mistake and said she gave me the wrong time that was a lie. When I asked for a discount because of her mistake, they got all rest. Then I asked about the manager, I guess she was the manager 'SERVER 4901 ' she was RUDE AND NASTY like the others I see who wrote people about. Do not give them the advantage of doubt simply go another place to buy your pizza or food time. Read the other reviews and trust me, the customers are right. I try to maintain this store, but they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEED TO BE CALLED. Oh, I asked for my money back, so she didn't want to give me a reception. It's necessary to do it.

Set an online order to 10/11/20 at 8:25 while watching the NBA Finals. My order was delivered at 8:57. Driver named Ieshia came up at 10:11 and said she called me and waited for a long time 1 minute. I literally called her back 1 min later and she said I won't deliver your pizza. She said I'm from the clock and someone else will have to deliver you pizza in another hour. She continued to be rude and cursed, but I prepaid and tipped the driver before I even got a service! I had to go to Dominos, who was 5 minutes away to pick up my own pizza and ask for a refund that was another gate! I'll never order again. Be careful! Customer service is a joke and does not exist. I'll go on with corporate!

I heard many different opinions, but Domino has the best pizzas for me!

Set an online order at 7 a.m. to 8/27/2020. At 9:15, no delivery yet. I called the store at 8 a.m. and talked to someone who cut me off and rushed me off the phone because they apparently were busy with 30 orders that were secured in the store and only 2 drivers. That's not my fault. I called back and canceled my order at 9:15. I got a call back to say it was at my door at 7:45. There was no food at my door when I checked at 8:00 and there was no food at my door when I checked at 8:30 and there was no food when I checked at 9:15 after the call. Bad customer service and totally unacceptable delivery time. Will never order here again.

I placed an order quite late, but everything arrived promptly and was still warm and delicious. The young woman who delivered it was courteous and efficient. I am very satisfied with my experience!
