I didn’t put stars for atmosphere as it’s usually hot as ever in there, however, the two young gentleman that work there are ALWAYS so kind. They are patient with my son and older mother. They always smile when my mom and son come in. They’re very welcoming and even though I moved from across the street, I’d rather drive to them when I want wings. Food: 5 Service: 5

Only if it 's Opposite Day ...There were 3 other customers waiting at 7:45 which should have been a clue...Wings were small dry and probably reheated. I had never been to this location before and no need to go again. For $13.00 I would expect juicy hot and at least medium sized wings. None of the above. Well the sauce was hot. Save your time and money. Get an air fryer or go to another location. Service: Take out

Mad because I ordered over the phone and I ask I want all flats and they told me they don't do it

Customer service in this area is awful. I ordered in ADVANCE for pick up at a specific time. When I get there to pick up my order they hadn’t even made it yet. They said that their policy is to confirm big orders prior to making it because it’s not paid for yet. Even though I can understand that, it was a terrible inconvenience and no one explained that to me when I placed the order. I think it’s important to be transparent to customers when because how else would we know what your business policies are? It’s so annoying and I won’t ever spend my money at an establishment who has such little regard for inconveniencing patrons.
