The Hare is now closed as at April 2019. It is in the process of being converted to a private residence.

Food really good service starred off well then after the main it was rubbish as waited for pudding menu but it never came

The owner Chris and the locals very friendly the It's a must if your ever passing M4 Membury Lambourne Google it 2 mins from M4 through Membury Services service road follow signs for Lambourne you won't be disappointed the place for best fish and chips on M4 corridor for home good pub food

Very mixed ... The greens in the meal were excellent, but the haddock wasn't nice at all. The bottom was soggy/cold so suspect it was straight from the freezer and not properly cooked
