Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Upland

I discovered this restaurant with a coworker, and I have to say, it's a fantastic spot! The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is friendly, and the food is really good! I've been returning frequently, and my favorite dish is the Buffalo Wrap paired with the Kiwi Quencher smoothie, which I customize by adding Vitamin C and B12. It might take a little while for your food to be prepared, but you can always order ahead through the app, which also allows you to customize your order and sign up for rewards. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love this new location! The Pumpkin Pie smoothie was amazing, and the greeter, Araceli, was incredibly kind!

Restaurant is closed during business hours. Didn't leave a notice on the door or anything

I went here back in November to get a smoothie and ordered through the app, when I got there they were closed it was during business hours. There was no sign saying why they were closed. I tried calling multiple times and on different days to see if they could refund me or at least give me app credit and no answer. The time I did go there there was only one person working and management not in sight. I don't know if I would want to come here again poor customer service and no urgency to satisfy there customers.
