Pizza Hut - Upland

In comparison to other Domino's stores, the staff was attentive and efficient. You won't have to wait long to get your pizza!

Ordered online. 2 medium pizzas. Waited 70 minutes total. On the pizza tracker, I saw that it sat for 40 minutes at the store before being delivered. Sure enough, it was dry and tough. How do they want to make it right? By giving me 1 free pizza in thefuture or 20% off my next order. So, I have to spend money a second time to give them another chance. Mind you the free pizza isfor delivery only and minimum order is $16. Domino's is usually on point but they must need drivers or something. Not myproblem, I pay your to make pizza right the first time. If I gotta keep paying for you to do something wrong I might as wellmake it myself. If you can't make a delivery then cancel the order. We had a social contract. I pay you money, you deliverfresh-ish pizza. It's not a charity. I will no longer be donating to food service causes.

I have been ordering from Domino's for a while now, and usually have no issues with the food or service. However, today we ordered two pizzas - one specialty and one custom. The custom pizza was missing toppings, and when I called to address this, I was dismissed with a smug laugh and told that they would be losing money by fixing it. I was offered a free pizza to pick up, but after already spending $80 on pizza and delivery, I declined. Instead, I was offered the option of having cold jalapeños and pineapple delivered to me. I am very disappointed in Domino's "pizza insurance" that they use to claim superiority. I will be taking my business elsewhere and trying out other pizza options such as Daliah's Pizza, Papa John's, Little Caesars, Pizza Hut, and Mountain Mike's.

The delivery was supposed to take 25 to 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting over an hour. When I called to inquire about the delay, the person who answered was extremely rude. Due to the bad service, I decided to cancel my order. I will not be ordering from this location on Foothill Blvd in Upland again. If I could, I would give zero stars.

Used to really like this location but their quality has dropped off recently. Their app can be a real hassle, and they really started skimping on toppings. My final straw was when my elderly mother had called in an order for curbe pick up, and still hadto wait over an hour! She called the staff, three times, and they just 'forgot ' about her. When someone finally got around tobringing her order they didn 't apologize or anything, just said she should have used their app (which kept crashing, that 's whyshe called to begin with! . To add insult to injury the pizzas came out with almost no toppings, and were too thin in themiddle.
