Louie's Chicken Fish Grill - Upland

I put an order to pick up. I went to an empty restaurant. I told you to pick up my fish sandwich. They pointed to the side of the counter and said, You? I took it up and started going to the register. One of the girls shot me? Did you pay for it? I said: No, I put my order on the phone and now? We have to give it to you.? Did you say that? T. In fact, nobody moved when I came in. I guess too close to the closing time. Or, if you say back to someone to go to get their own food from the counter, then you shouldn't do it on them. The terrible people behind the counter (all of you), I hope you? less than a minimum wage Because you are? re worthwhile. I've always eaten here. Not anymore. By the way, the fish sandwich is terrible and their fries are just high. Should I? ve just threw my money into the garbage. Because that's exactly what happened to the food.

This family-owned spot is a hidden gem in Upland. Tried the fish and chips with their house made tartar sauce and a shrimp salad?Sooo good! Customer service was great and not too long of a wait from when we ordered til when we got our food.

Went in and after almost 5 minutes of staring the employees down trying to get served I left. No one spoke to me, no one asked me what I wanted, they all just went about their way acting like it was someone else's job to greet me and take my order. I have no clue of the food is good but I will not return. I mean, I had people walk not 3 feet from me and not even look at me. Ridiculous.

This place offered me excellent customer service and the dish (Grilled Cajun Mahi-mahi Zucchini) I tried was very delicious. Very unique because too many places only serve fried foods.

Delicious food that was prepped with care. The broiled fish with garlic butter and sweet potatoes was prepared perfectly. The chicken wings were hot tender and juicy. The steak quesadilla was ok. The steak was a little overdone but flavorful. The tortilla soup has a bit of spice but tastes homemade. The best part is they are reasonably price. Must try!!
