Great Wall - Upland

The customer service here leaves much to be desired. The woman with the short haircut has a rather unpleasant attitude and tends to shout while speaking, along with the younger staff member. They come across as disrespectful and speak to customers in an inappropriate manner from behind the plexiglass. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when spending their hard-earned money. I used to visit frequently, but after this experience, I will not be returning. This was my last visit! Never again. Service: Takeout.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I had a frustrating experience. I accidentally went to the wrong location and didn't receive my order. When I called the lady back to apologize and let her know I was on my way to pick it up, I was met with a pretty rude attitude. She mentioned my food was ready and then hung up on me abruptly. I think it's important to show a little patience when dealing with customers over the phone. I was only 7 minutes away from the right location!

--- The takeout dinner I had was fantastic! The food was excellent, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The service was great too, with a solid rating of 4. There was plenty of parking available, and I appreciated the convenience of a free parking lot. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!

Terrible experience. The quality has declined significantly over the years. During my last visit, I discovered a small piece of metal in my food.

Absolutely the best chicken wings I've ever had! The delivery service was excellent. I enjoyed these wings for dinner, and the cost was quite reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person. Highly recommended!
