Del Taco - Upland

Went on 3/05/24 with my daughters. It’s been a while since we have been treated so kindly. I wish I would have gotten the employees name. She was so attentive, kind and welcoming. It’s very rare to encounter someone like her. I will definitely be returning. On another occasion I have encountered the manager and he’s the same way. Food as always freshly made!

Service was good. The only thing is you ask for extra cheese, and they don't give it yet charge for it. I hate that.

75% of the time I've ever gone to del Taco on Carnelian in Alta Loma and it's been decades, the food is good. In the last few years I've done a lot of mobile orders where I come thru between 11:00 p.m. 2 a.m. I know about 40 of 50% of the time the tortillas are so dry they're hard. Being a customer inside I can see where they're grabbing from an open bag. Well that's how they get dry but the only way to stop that I guess is for the person making the burrito or whatever, even though they have gloves on they should feel if it's hard and cracking.

Drove through Del Taco tonight at they forgot our burgers. When I called I jokingly asked if they would deliver it. The manager, Armondo, was on his way home and offered to drop it off since we live near by. He arrived quickly, even brought us a drink and fries. Every time I go through the drive-thru Armondo and his staff are so friendly. This Del Taco is awesome and you can’t beat the price!Vegetarian options: I sub beans for the meat in the tacosKid-friendliness: They have been nice to my child, even in the drive-thru
