Buffalo Wild Wings - University Park

I must say, Buffalo Wild Wings has some of the best wings I've had in Florida in a long time. They are extra crispy and absolutely delicious, with all the flavors being excellent. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning again and again.

I visited this location for the first time and was disappointed. I drove 20 minutes each way only to get home and realize that my combo meal was missing fries. I also left a tip on my online order, but that turned out to be a mistake. I'm not willing to waste another hour of my life due to someone not doing their job properly. Additionally, the 15 boneless wings I ordered had only 4 tiny, one-inch pieces of dough that they considered wings. This lack of quality control is unacceptable. While I should have checked my order before leaving, I believe that when I pay for a service, I should receive what I paid for. I can't afford to be incompetent in my job, so why should others not be held to the same standard?

Since the renovation, this restaurant has been fantastic. I had a few negative experiences in the past, but my last five or six visits have been excellent. The wings are now much tastier, the service is fantastic, and the manager is really cool. We hosted our fantasy football draft there and had a wonderful time. I also visited during the first few weeks of football season to watch my Giants play and had a great experience.

It absolutely astounds me the flawless consistency this place has at serving luke warm boneless wings midday on Thursday's. I honestly look forward to the microwaved left overs more than i look forward to the food coming out of the kitchen. Likeliterally 23 out of 25 times I'd say my food is barely warm, sometimes cold haha, try and work on that. Remodel is cool, staffis nice, sauces are great.

Their service has gone waaaaaaaaay down. I used to go fairly often and never had any issues and then all of a sudden, the past three times I?ve gone since ?22 the service was horrendous. The food took forever to come out (if they even remembered to bringit out) my drink sat empty most of the time and a waitress brought me the wrong beer and insisted it was what I asked for, eventhough it wasn?t even close and then still charged me for the more expensive beer. Would not recommend. Going to try Wings nThings instead.
