Mcdonald's - University Heights

My least favorite location although employees are really nice. This location just seems to follow different policies than other McDonald’s and it is EXTREMELY annoying .

Don’t bother trying to get a frappe at this location. If it’s a weekend or an off hour they claim that they don’t have frappe because they don’t feel like making them. This staff is one of the most rude and lazy group of people I’ve ever met in my life. I worked for McDonald’s for many years and I’m very embarrassed that this location represents the brand so poorly.

Great food and fast service. Even faster if you use the app. Definite hot spot.

Skinny black chick at 2nd window hands you your food with a stank face and don't say nothing at all. Why do they hire these disrespectful losers in customer service of all places? Everybody's about sick of the entitlement of these mcdonalds bums. Nobody cares that u don't like ur Job.

My experience was horrible..Food was cold. I asked for hot fries they tasted as if they had taken some old fries and put them back into the hot grease. The young lady at the window attitude was very dry and nonchalant,The manager was in the background being very rude.I guess they think that you can’t hear them just because you can’t see them. Well I heard him. I normally never go to Mc Donald’s but my son asked for it because I always tell him no, his treat was ruined by the experience. I will not be back or go to another, McDonald’s will never be the same.This is one of the reasons I stopped going to fast food restaurants on top of unhealthy foods.
