Little Caesars Pizza - Universal City

Have all locations gone this downhill or just this one? Huge staff all ignoring a lobby full of customers. Absolutely nobody leaving happy. Management appears scared to even make eye contact. You cannot get much worse in terms of customer service.

Ordered though the app at 7:49, pick up window was 8:13-8:18 food wasn’t ready till 8:25. However order was wrong and I had to wait till 8:38

I ordered a deep dish pizza , half hamburger, and half pepperoni, I arrived and picked it up , went home, and two slices had no cheese, and some had black olives on it . So I called it in , so the manager said he replaced it at no cost . I called it two days later and reordered it again. I got to the store, and they made a regular pizza, not a deep dish , so wrong again. And the cashier keeps arguing with me, that I said regular pizza . Instead of saying we made a mistake. And I said extra cheese on it . So I waited, and second pizza came out worse than the first one . In my opinion, don't waste your time at this little Ceasars , go to dominoes or pizza hut.

They never have the pizza ready on time. The so says certain time and the pizza isn’t ready until 10 mins after if they say 3:53pm I expect it to be ready at 3:53pm not sure why they can’t have it done on time when other locations have it done before the time it says.
