Awful awful awful service from the manager, Pam. There was another employee that was awesome and helped us with everything after over an hour wait for a cheeseburger with fries. I don’t recommend this place until Pam is done working there. She will ruin the experience, but the food was good...

It is the best way to enjoy something, finally great

The only one waitress did a great job considering what she had to deal with with the kitchen staff. There were 10 orders up to be prepared and only one table finally got their food, but not their milk shakes. Those didn't arrive at all until after they were finished eating and they still did not get them. They ran out of milk we heard! How does a place that is famous for milkshakes run out of milk at lunch time? It took us 25 minuets to get our food. I felt bad for the other 8 tables that we're still waiting when we left. One disgruntled customer left without eating.

It is a standard steak and shake like any other. five stars because it had nothing to do with it. (and hey, steak shakes have really great offers on Burger-n-Fries combos. to be honest, I'm just disturbing to check this place because I'm currently too sick to do something else and I wonder what kind of rewards google gives many reviews to do.

Came with my man for a little snack of fries chicken fingers. we were the only people there had to wait over 20min for a very small part of the food. it turned out that the chefs were too busy talking in the back, did not make it. but our waitress was super nice, actually gave us free shake for the effort that was super surprising. she also apologised in her name. we ended their $10 on a $8 bill because we were very happy with how these inconveniences were treated.
