Beautiful local coffee shop in downtown bending area. I was here for a weekend break and never heard of Starbucks, but I'm glad we stopped for a quick drink. I hope my city can get a starbucks soon!!

Thank the Lord who took my orders today. They recognized me from the day before and noticed that I had experienced a tiny inconvenience in your place. I wish I caught your name so I could publicly say good work. For you, the offer to cover my drink may seem like a little act and you probably didn't think about it, but you really did better my day. I hope you are blossoming and experience a million coordinated actions of goodness!

I often came to these Starbucks. I'm going in the morning because I work on the same street. I ordered my time in the store and they forgot my fork. I was desperately hungry and had no other options. I wondered if they had anything. Samantha was so incredibly nice and since I couldn't leave my shop, she offered me to go. A fork, I know, but a need. Thank you, Samantha! Amazing customer service! Sierra was also incredible!

Friendly staff. You could say they smiled under their masks. The restroom needed some attention. Coffee was excellent!

My favorite Starbucks location in Bend. Service is top notch with experienced and friendly staff. Great location downtown and a fun atmosphere to sip coffee and chill, meet up with friends, or do homework at. This location also carries the limited reserve roasts which is a big plus!
