The car hop was super friendly and smiled during the entire customer facing interaction!

Do not try calling this location, they take the phone off the hook so it never rings and even if it does ring they still don't answer the phone. We finally took our break and we drove over and there were 3 cars in total in their parking lot. You might need to get some better management in place And maybe look into what your employees are actually doing on the clock.

Never fails, everytime we order from the sonic in Whitehouse, TX we never get everything we order. Missing items on a burger that we have to pay extra for or missing an entree but got the side. Reading and comprehension is not a requirement to work here evidently.

It is what it is, drive thru. That being said, Sonic has a consistantly good ham burger, coney, fries,all. Eat on Whithouse!
