Contribuiți la feedback- Out of our group of 12, 10 of us ordered from a set 3-course menu, 1 person did not order, and 1 person ordered a cheaper option from the regular menu. However, when we received the bill, we were charged the set menu price for all 12 of us. They also charged us extra for the desserts for the birthday girl, even though they were part of the set menu and refused to correct the mistake. - The waiter never asked us what soup, salad, or dessert we wanted from the set menu. When we reminded him, he still got half of the orders wrong. - My gnocchi was undercooked, and when I brought it to the waiter's attention, he insisted it was supposed to be that way. After I pointed out that it was raw, I still had to pay the set menu price even though I had requested it a la carte. - When we asked the manager to remove the charge for the desserts, she explained that they were full-size portions not included in the set menu. After we clarified that we never ordered them, she removed the charge. However, the assistant manager approached our table in a rude manner and accused us of being disrespectful. Overall, the service was disgusting, and the food was mediocre. The empanadas were the only standout dish, while the steak and pork chops were overcooked and tough. The desserts were average, with the dulce de leche crepes being the best option but overly sweet. I was appalled by the behavior of the assistant manager and the lack of respect towards us and the elderly women at our table. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced, and I would not recommend this restaurant for the subpar food and terrible service. If you're looking for a good Argentine restaurant, I suggest going to Graziano's instead.
I used to visit Rincon Argentino often and always ordered the skirt steak, which I loved. However, last week I decided to try a dish that was supposed to come with porcini risotto, but was served with just yellow rice instead. When I asked the waiter to have it corrected, they brought back the same yellow rice with some mushrooms on top. I was disappointed with the lack of proper preparation for risotto.
"The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. Overall, I will definitely be returning!"
This restaurant was lovely...When you first walk in, you are greeted by the fire pit with the roasting meats...It's enclosed, so you can see it, but not smell like it (which is great ...The restaurant is cozy and decorated with tons of Argentinean artifacts...Our waiter, who was also Argentinean was a little frigid, but service was nice overall...The churrasco was delicious...Very tender and tasty...Among the best we've had in Miami...Wine list was great and the prices are affordable (bottles from $20 in the Gables is GREAT! ...Dessert was wonderful...Dulce de Leche crepes...To die for! Overall a wonderful experience...Oh, and it's not such an expensive place...It's more on the moderate side, than the expensive side...Dinner for two (with wine should be approx. $100...It's not cheap, but it's not overly expensive either...We enjoyed dining here!
Dined with my husband and we both were unhappy with the quality of food. He enjoys a good steak and was disappointed when it arrived **** even though he requested well done. I requested the breaded chicken breast and it was bland and overcooked. The salad was a very uncreative mix of boring iceburg lettuce, tomatoes onions. Fries were not bad. We will not be returning.
