The customer service here is awful. They mess up at least one thing on every order. Tonight I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza that came with no buffalo sauce. When I called to let them know the lady who I spoke to said the buffalo chicken pizza doesn’t come with buffalo sauce like really. Learn your menu. Was not offered any compensation other than remaking the pizza. Horrible customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s funny and sad, that because their employees call out.. that before I place an online order the delivery driver told me I NEED to call and make sure they’re staffed. I’ve never had a job that wanted me to rely on customers to make sure were staffed before doing anything. I’d you can’t handle fast pace then do work it.
