I enjoy coming to la Madeline for their French onion soup. Today I ordered the rustic chicken sandwich, which was pretty tasty.

I absolutely loved this place. Food, including flavors and quality, was really amazing. Prices were super reasonable. General ambience was nice and rustic. Highly recommend!

I ordered a chicken Riviera sandwich and a cappuccino and both were delicious. The sandwich had very fresh ingredients and was very tasty. They basically cook in front of you, wish is good if you have doubts about cleanliness and freshness. The quantity was good enough too. The coffee was strong but not overwhelming. Probably a medium roast. I'll surely comeback. Glenda my cashier was also very attentive.

We had nice crème brûlée , chocolate cake, and coconut cakes. They were typically okay.

Without a doubt, our worst dining experience since we moved to Northern Virginia. We ordered quiche, a breakfast sandwich, fruit cup, and potatoes. First, other than the lady who we first spoke to as we came in, the rest of the staff acted as if they couldn't be bothered. The lady who took our order only smiled when my wife complimented her on her hair. The entire order experience is very confusing. Next, my breakfast sandwich came out without anything else. We waited another 20 minutes before I had to hunt down a manager to get the rest of our food. The food tastes fine nothing special but not bad. However, the service is pitiful. At least the manager the only other employee who gave a darn was kind enough to give us a $10 gift card. Still, NEVER AGAIN.
