Jack in the Box - United States

This place is terrible. I placed a mobile offer and paid for my food. I have the lights there, where on and so was the open sign, but no one was there. I called the Restuarant several times and nobody answered. I paid for food. I've called all the phone numbers that were released to the Restuarant and have called the resturants several times since. I have not received a reply or refund. I paid for food I never got!

There were maybe 3 people in front of me, in the drive thru, at 9:00. After 15 minutes I got the speaker to order food. A boy came to the microphones and made sure someone knew he was upset to take orders. I ignored his ignorance and went ahead with my order. Then I could hear that boy took the orders of other people behind me and sounded more careless than he spoke to me. About 30-40 minutes later I come to the window and this little wankster goes to give me my bag with his hands over the floor. So of course I avoid contact and grab from above with both hands, not knowing how hard the bag was. Then he lets it go, and the bag tears in my hands and falls on me. Luckily, I was fast enough to prevent a great disaster. He says I should have told you to take it from below. So I'm ready to go to this punk, but I kept my cool and went to go before the rest of my order was handed over to me quickly. Of course, the order was not right. Probably the worst driving experience I had.

At this point at 9:36 and sat in line until 10:03 PM with the line never moved. I can see the interior and there are four employees who are children sitting in the dining room with a good time instead of working. I will never go to this place again, as it should not take 30 minutes and not yet order a person in the line.

Clean postures, if there are long lines not want to deal with it, not get the work sick, make sure to report to him, I could cook all 0n the menu twice as long as I waited until the person get their order before me and call this number dont work

I would really prefer to give this place zero Stars. After sitting in the Drive-Thru line for 15 minutes told they are only filling doordash orders and not drive through orders. The owner of this place should have his franchise license revoked and the restaurant should be closed.
