The staff has very bad customer service skills. What if you wait as long as you are. Your food makes it hard to come back. If the service was good, it could be worth it

Unfortunately they are short staffed, but I let them know I was in no hurry. The staff was a little snippy. I had ordered a plain cheesburger, large shake and fries. The burger came out fully loaded on a slab of meat with the thickness of cardboard. The fries and shake were good. I paid $17 for just this meal. Definitely over priced for what you get.

Absolutely delicious! I?m a picky eater so I had them take off the tomatoes and onions. (Most places forget but not this one! I ordered the Bacon Cheese Burger with fries. If you don?t mind a small wait, the food it 100% worth it. I will definitely be returning.

I have always received ecactly what i order and it has always been delicious. When friends and family visit from out of town we have eaten at Grannys and they always love the nostalgic experience. The staff is always very friendly. The food is is wonderful, especially the fish and chips. It was made with real pieces of fish, not flakes of fish. Always a lot of food for the money.
