Daniel's Restaurant & Catering

I am editing my previous 2 star review and am tempted to give them 5 now. I find , for me, getting takeout is better than dining in. Last four or five times I've picked up the food was great, hot and on time. I've also dined in a few more times my in-laws love Daniels) and its been a good experience. Just goes to show that all businesses deserve a few chances. Especially restaurants. Its a tough business these days

Pretty average. The food is okay but slow to come out. Can get similar quality (maybe a little better) at Olive Garden.

BEWARE! Large group gratuity percentage is NOT pre-tax. You are paying 20% tip on tax, too. Not customary and not appreciated. Otherwise, food and service were very good. The atmosphere is loud.

It was unfortunate that the hostess sat us and didn't tell our server. We waited in a room by ourselves for a while with other servers coming in and out until finally someone started waiting on us. The food was good though! Ended up unsatisfied with the sausage penne but my waitress was kind enough to switch it our for the mushroom ravioli, which was DELICIOUS! The focaccia bread was warm and well seasoned. 3 of us ended up splitting the OMG chocolate PB pie and the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. The crust on the pie was to die for, and the raspberry sauce was quite good. Overall, would go again but hope for better service.

A first visit for us. They originally didn't document our reservation, but staff handled it quickly and politely. Our server Taylor was exceptional and offered great food and drink suggestions. Food was great! We will definitely be back!
