Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.

Jaccob was my waiter today at the Cookeville Cracker Barrell. He was excellent, very friendly, helpful, and made me feel I was the only person in the restaurant. He made sure my drink was filled, the food was served hot and could not have asked for a better waiter. Exceptional service.

Cracker Barrel as usual had very good food. But this visit I had the opportunity to be served by the best waitress I have ever met. Her professionalism and the positive attitude exceeded expectations. Kimberly has to be one of Cracker Barrel most outstanding employees. I hope that they recognize the diamond they have

Had a pleasant eating experience with my wife and her best friend. The service was excellent as our waitress weren't above and beyond to make sure all went well during our visit. The food was good, but it would have been nice if the macaroni and cheese dish was a little bit bigger. Overall great environment, service and food.

If they seat you in Mia-Jade's section good luck. She was the absolute worst server I think I've ever encountered. We waited a good 5-10 minutes to even be asked for our drink and food order. She came to check on us maybe twice throughout the time we were there. Drinks were never refilled once and she then tried to charge us twice for a to-go drink, to which I then asked the manager to take off. We had to ask another server to even get her to come back to us and she took her very sweet time aka another 20 minutes of waiting with empty drinks and wanting to eat but can't. She finally arrived to our table after several times of coming to other tables around us that were I'm assuming that were hers sadly and didn't even bring the refills we asked for then so we asked for to-gos and boxes.

Food was hot and delicious! Store was clean and Alissa my Waitress was attentive and knowledgeable of the food and menu.
