Called to place order at 1725 and was advised around 50 minutes for delivery. Nearly two hours later, our very nice, cheery and polite delivery driver, arrived with our fish, chips and mushy peas. On opening the bag, the paper the boxes were wrapped in was soaked through and cold. Also, there were no mushy peas. The food was cold, the batter was soggy. Very disappointing! I called to complain and was told sorry. No goodwill gesture of refunding delivery charge, or maybe something off our next order just sorry. We were offered mushy peas but told “they’d take a while to get there as we’re busy”. Due to the attitude about the mushy peas I didn’t think it worth mentioning the food. I’m sorry to do this when there are much bigger things going on, and I appreciate you’re busy, but having been recommended to us, we were sorely disappointed with the meal and customer service except the driver! If demand is so great you can’t deliver in a timely fashion, then maybe cut back on the amount of orders. Two hours is far too long a time to wait for fish and chips, as it obviously affected the quality

Highly recommend this chippy! Service was friendly, lots of variety on the menu and all the food was delicious! The Pizza was amazing .. we will definitely be back! x

Awful. Worst fish supper I've ever had. The batter was shockingly bad.

Just has suppers from here, it was delicious, really enjoyed it.
