So today for the first time I went into store and bought a customized tin with my choice of cookies plus gift wrapping. I was blown away how beautiful the presentation was when I picked up my order. The store was absolutely clean and bright and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend this place to friends and family.
The BEST cookies ever. Placed an order ahead on the app. Was ready within 20 minutes for pickup. Very convenient. Cravings satisfied with every bite!

Worse service. Ordered online for my daughters grad. Delivery didn’t even come as promised. No phone call or anything. Would have been nice to get a heads up that it wasn’t coming. Will never ever use this joke of a company again. Customer service is lacking. Ordered from another company and got it right away for my daughters special day.
