Contribuiți la feedbackGiving the food a 3* only because I never actually ate anything so I can 't really say anything good or bad about it. But have always enjoyed the food at other locations, such as on Dundas in Toronto and the one on Yonge near Sheppard.Went there last week. Drove 30 mins to meet friends there for lunch. Both the website and the notice on the door said they open at 11.30. Arrived shortly after they opened only to be told that we should come back in 30 mins because they had just opened and nothing was ready.WHAT??? Guys if you open at 11.30 am, your cooks and staff are supposed to arrive BEFORE that time and be READY for opening time. Not that you all arrive at opening time and expect your customers to wait for you to get your act together. That 's Restaurant Biz 101.If we were one of the few people who show up at 11.30am expecting to eat, then change your opening time and open later... but whatever time you do open, be ready. It 's a simple ask. Not brain science.I 'm not sure if Dagu is a franchise or a corporate owned restaurant, but someone is definitely NOT doing their job well.Shame on you Markham location. I will not give you a second chance and I 'm sure other people feel the same way.
Only one staff doing service and he was too busy with takeout, barely serving dine-in customers. I had to walk up to give my order sheet, to get my takeout boxes, and to pay (after some waiting). Popcorn chicken was too dry.Flavour of tomato soup was nice, but got quite thirsty afterwards.
Tastes great, consistent, and comes with free rice noodles. The price is fair and has not increased in many years. It’s my son’s and my favorite!
You can’t change the small dishes that go into your soup. The original has no flavour compared to Yunshang rice
Way too salty. The only saving grace is the noodles.
