Domino's Pizza - Uniontown

At first I thought I was just hungry but I literally just had the two best pizzas I ever ate. Everything was perfectly proportioned and placed, made with care. I highly recommend this location. I was absolutely blown away by my experience. Kudosto the crew here Thursday night you guys and girls are awesome.

The food was great as were the staff but the woman who said she was the GM and district manager is absolutely horrible. When I walked in i was greeted by a nice lady who helped me right away, at the time their credit cards were not swiping so she kindlyasked to help me an put the numbers in manually I agreed. A few seconds later another woman walked over to her an startedscolding her right in front of me,the customer, getting smart with her an putting her down all while I was standing their. Shetried to tell her the card reader worked an then proceeded to grab my credit card right out of my hand which completely caughtme off guard. This woman was very rude. After that she started yelling an I mean loudly and very condescending at a gentlemanwho was making the pizzas bec he was trying to help one of the delivery drivers get an order, mind you this whole time not onlywas I in the store but my child was also. She would be so rude when anyone asked her a question an at this point I had enough. Iasked to speak to a manager thats when she came out from the back yelling I 'm the gm, what do u need? I proceeded to tell herthat the way she grabbed my credit card from my hand was very unprofessional an the way she is yelling or speaking to her staffis so unprofessional as well expecially when their are customers present in the store... Well she then decided to start gettingsmart with me telling me shes the boss an thats her job, she turned her back an said I 'm doing my job!!!! She then proceeded toignore what I was saying that 's when I asked for her name an she said I don 't have to tell u that. I asked who was above her shesaid 1800dominos. I have ordered from this place so many times an I have never been treated so rudely in my life from arestaurant. The poor staff were doing a wonderful job an did not deserve the way she was speaking to them. This woman is in noway helping your business. Ridiculious that they think a customer should eat their mistake. Lost many furture orders for one 15$ pizza they messed up . Never once conplained ever We have ordered for parties from them and for personal orders sometimes 3-4 times a week. Shame onthem. The manager was very nasty.

I ordered a good bit of pizza tonight, soda, parm bites, etc. It was ordered online and when it got here, all was correct but the XL 16 pizza that had a bunch of toppings I wanted. I was given an XL 16 Cheese pizza. When I called the store onmorgantown st in uniontown, the lady had a really nasty attitude. She didn't offer any solutions or suggestions. Look lady ifyou don't want to work there, its understandable but don't take it out paying customers who are responsible for that money inyour pocket. Smh

I've never given any pizza place a bad review,but when I call 4 a pizza at 10:15 and didn't receive it ???? until 12:15! I wouldn't have cared if called me,but I called them 3 times and the last time they said they called my phone and the numberwasn't even close to mine and they took the pizza to another address. I di talk to the manager and he did offer me 2 free mediumpizzas free,but I had to purchase something!!?????
