Ben's At Roosevelt Field Mall

It's a kiosk located in Roosevelt. The drinks are good. Just be patient with the staff, as they are often overwhelmed with customers, especially during this busy shopping season.

I've been to this restaurant many times and usually had a great experience, but this visit was disappointing. I'm not sure who is working there now, but the staff seemed inexperienced. I ordered a drink with less ice, but it arrived full of ice instead. They remade it for me, but the new version was grainy and not drinkable at all. Please address these issues with your staff. This was on June 14 at 7:40 PM, and my taro milk tea was a waste.

We visited the restaurant today, April 17, around 2 PM to place our order. Unfortunately, the woman taking our order was not very friendly. We tried to communicate our choices politely, but she seemed to have an attitude, shaking her head while processing our order, as if she was reluctant to serve us.

Not the best but very good bubble tea. The lines can be pretty long. The price is affordable and they are not stingy with the ingredients. Would recommend stopping here when shopping at the mall for sweet treats.

This was the worst experience I had in my life. I had ordered a drink and was waiting patiently. Looking through the glass window I was watching the girl make the drink I ordered. My boyfriend asked what did you order , I answered strawberry taro. The girl inside (her name was Sabrina) spoke to me behind the glass window in the most nasty way , can you wait. I said excuse me. I am waiting. And she spoke back to me with an attitude. She had problem making my drink? She's having a bad day? I don't know what her problem was but it made me feel so disrespected. We spoke with the manager name, Charlene Lee. All she could do was apologize for her employee's behavior. An apology isn't what I wanted. Someone with that attitude should not be given the opportunity to work. We then asked for a refund for our drinks and for their names. I would not be supporting any gong cha locations with my future purchases.
