Steak N Shake - Union City

They served me something completely different from what I ordered. I asked for a garlic burger with a patty, cheese, salad, tomato, and no bacon. I repeated my order three times, but still received a burger with only one patty, cheese, and tomato, and extra bacon. I couldn't eat it because I don't eat bacon. The wait in the drive-thru was disrespectful and going back wasn't an option. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Very nice staff and eating was great, but the management should be responsible for the dirtyest almost food restaurant that I have been in years (like in, a national chain that should hold a decent standard.) it was also not only that they are not recently tied/cut. in the restaurant was rough, the bathroom (both men and women were bad), and there were tons of mull out and that not only blown in the last days. also here the employees were great and did their best to maintain with revolt and did it with such a kindness. I take this as an on-off for steak’n shake, but it should be seen in both directions.

I would give a zero if i could!This workers should be ashamed.. Not 1 clean table.. The floor was so sticky you could hear everyone walking and sticking to the floor. Then they proceed to serve us a slapped together burger with cold fries just tossed on a dirty tray.

I normally don't write reviews unless it's super bad but for here I had to write something down for it. I went through the drive thru but it took forever to get around to get my food. But I couldn't be mad because I understand it's short staff around a lot of places especially when I work in the food area myself. I would have gave four stars but the reason it's two is because when I got my bag it was so wet that the food literally bust through it when I had put it in the car. Luckily my sister was there to catch the food. Also the bag was super cold. Like the food was just thrown in the bag without any type of cooking at all to it. Overall the cold food, the little wait and the bag busting open has made this a disappointing experience. I give two stars though because the lady who handed my food was super nice though!

Best location in GA. They always have a line because they actually cook everything fresh to order like ot should be. Food is always good staff always friendly I've never been parked etc
