Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Union City

I had a negative customer service experience at this restaurant. The manager was rude and did not prioritize the customer's needs, creating a hostile environment. Although I typically enjoy Popeyes, I will not be returning to this particular location. Additionally, the flamboyant employee does not seem to be a good fit for this establishment.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The manager insulted me while I was ordering at the drive-thru. They lock the door and treat customers poorly. I suggest sending secret shoppers to this location unannounced. I ordered 12 wings but only received 9. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and there is too much noise and music playing inside the restaurant. I believe this is why they always mess up orders. I will not be returning to any Popeyes locations.
