Contribuiți la feedbackMy son ordered pizza last night from this restaurant. After waiting for an hour, we called to check on the delivery status. A female employee answered and informed us that the order had been canceled and advised us to contact DoorDash. When my son questioned why he needed to call them when he ordered from their website, she repeated that the order had been canceled and abruptly hung up. I called the store back and the same female employee answered. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me and then proceeded to use profanity before hanging up, while another employee in the background was heard laughing. The lack of customer service at this restaurant is beyond poor—it is nonexistent.
I believe they should consider closing down... I will not be supporting this establishment. When I placed an order for lunch over the phone and provided my name and work address at Amazon, they told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour. It was during a busy time due to the pandemic, so I called back after 2 hours with no answer, and then again after 3 hours. Finally, they called me back after I had already finished my lunch to inform me that they do not deliver to that address, which did not make sense to me. They offered me a credit to be used for my next visit, but when I went in person to place an order and received the pizza, it was not what I had ordered because they claimed they did not have spinach at that location. They insisted that I pay for the incorrect order because they had no record of a credit for me. I will never return to this restaurant; it desperately needs a thorough cleaning and a makeover as it feels dark and creepy both inside and out.
This was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the customer service to the food, everything was disappointing. I placed an order online at 8:30 pm, and the website said it would be ready at 9:10 pm. However, I didn't actually receive my food until 9:55 pm. By the time I got it, the food was cold and dried out. There was no time to get it fixed because the restaurant was closing at 10 pm. My 3-year-old daughter and I had to settle for mediocre pizza. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out and make this right. Thank you.
If I could give this Pizza Hut a zero I would. I placed my order over the phone with a Pizza Hut representative at 6:30pm, paid for it, and wanted it delivered. I received a text at 7:08pm saying that my pizza was delivered through Door Dash however Inever received it. I called Pizza Hut 3 times to let them know my order was paid for but Door Dash never delivered my pizza andno one ever answered the phone.So I drove to the Pizza Hut located at 4715 Jonesboro Road Union City GA 30291 and asked to speakto a manager. The young lady at the register with black and brown dreads said she was the manager, so I explained to her whathappened and she offered $10 off my order which was $41.68 and to re- make my pizza. The delivery fee alone was $5.00 so I feltlike $10 off was a slap in the face for the inconvenience. She could have at least offered 50% off.On top of that they have kidsin the kitchen at this location. Yes the employees bring the kids to work and have them in the kitchen.And once I received mypizza it was still prepared wrong because I ordered pan pizza not thin crust.The absolute worst Pizza Hut in the Atlanta area.
NEVER AGAIN!! DON'T STRESS YOURSELF OUT WITH THE INCOMPETENCE AND DISREGARD. Tried ordering online and the system kept kicking it back at both East Point and Union City locations. So, I called the number for the East Point store. Spoke to a guy named Ryanwith an accent. He sounded completely disinterested in taking my order and that should have been it for me. BUT...... .I wentwith it because I know sometimes a person can be having a difficult day. Went to pick up my order 30 minuted later and I givethe person my name and number and they said they did NOT have an order for me. When I said I called, they said their phonesdon't work and she didn't even know the number (signs of complete incompetence). No apology, no let's start making your ordernow, just.........we don't have an order for you. I leave the store because at that point I'm disgusted with how the store hasnow handled the situation. Call the phone number again and the same person answers and I say I just spoke with him and the storedoesn't have my order, and he disconnects the call before I even finish speaking. Called store in Union City because I wantedpizza! Apparently Pizza Hut forwards their calls to a customer service line, which is bs. I speak with (Vic) and he has my orderin the system and tells me to hold on. He returned to the line three times apologizing and telling me to please hold on. Was onand off hold for almost 10 minutes. Hung up. Won't do it again. Service just awful.
